WEST CHESTER -- Dr. Eduardo F. Gallo, 78, of West Chester, passed away on August 21, 2024 at his home, surrounded by his wife and three daughters. He was born September 10, 1945 in Cordoba, Argentina, son of Felix H. and Amalia C. (Orpianesi) Gallo. He attended General Paz Military Academy high school, and was a Second Lieutenant in the Reserves. He earned his medical degree in 1969 from the National University in Cordoba, followed by an internship in internal medicine at the Air Force hospital in Cordoba. In 1972, he married Leonor and they moved to the United States where he completed an internship at Crawford Long Hospital of Emory University, a 3-year residency in diagnostic radiology at Philadelphia General Hospital, and a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School. In 1977, he moved to Lima, Ohio and joined X-Ray Inc, becoming the first Neuroradiologist in the area. During his tenure there, he sat on the planning and development committee for a
