Clara Roberta "Bobbi" Rich 80, of Wapakoneta, died 8:25 a.m., Tues. Aug. 20, 2024, at Shawnee Manor. She was born Sept. 20, 1943, in Bluffton, OH, the daughter of the late Norval and Mildred Elizabeth (Alexander) Welch. She was previously married to Terry Lee Stoodt on April 1, 1967, and he survives. On Oct. 23, 1982, she married Murl O. Rich, and he preceded her in death on Nov. 8, 2020.
